It doesn’t have to be that memorable to befriend Pilli because she just befriends people she bumps into (like most people do).
Jinx, at first, just wanted to hang out because the two of them were magical heroines.
And Mona befriended Pilli after Paco saved her once.
And Paco was just stealing from some kids when he first met Pilli if I remember correctly.
