Anyway the cosplay con enviroment I made it during the bus phobia arc. it takes some work but at the long run saves me from drawing every background in this saga.

the real story, some pirate was selling ilegal powerpuff girls t shirts and the merch manager of cartoon network who was invited at the con saw this, and gave the pirate the order to take that stuff away, the pirate was angry etc etc
As I read in the blog of Luis Gantus who was one of the guys created the con,
