Woo, such memories.
So um, in this case you can’t really use ‘require’, it should just be ‘need’
And you should put a comma after ‘win’ and ‘hips’ and take it out after ‘game’

Sorry, not ‘win’ in first panel, ‘win’ in the second panel, that’s the ‘win’ that needs a comma.. and a period after ‘exactly’ in the second panel.
and then a comma after ‘hips’ in the third, and remove the comma after ‘game’ in the fourth
If it makes you feel better, most americans suck at this too. Nobody uses commas or apostrophes or colons properly.

“The team with the most points at the end of the game, wins.”
And, IIRC, the losers are sacrificed to the gods. (I’m sure that there are more than a few sports fans who wouldn’t mind seeing that happen these days after losing a bet on the Superbowl, World Series, or NBA Playoffs…)

People often pause there but it’s not correct to put a comma there. If there was, it would be “The team, with the most points at the end of the game, wins”
But it’s not an allusion, it’s a prepositional phrase followed by a one-word predicate
