A whistle’s good. Hitting in the balls is good too.
The grammar’s kinda bad in the first panel but I’m not sure how to change it. “In Mexico City they give whistles to women” or “Mexico City gives whistles to women”

I’m concerned on what is defined as harassment. Paco is obvious, but when does it go from harassment to someone giving a compliment or bumping into you. Why is it ok to kick a guy in the balls for what can be deemed as a mistake or not trying to harass people?

Well obviously the woman goes to jail in that instance highmax. it shouldn’t be that hard to tell when the line is crossed.. it happens right before one thing goes inside another thing. Up til that point you just be polite.

At that point, I think anything goes. You might be a bit going easy on them with a kick to the crotch…
