Anyway Im posting this from my new computer, I only have one thing to say windows vista sucks!!!
internet explorer didnt let me enter this site dashboard, I couldnt install, 3d max, autocad, z-brush and my cheap photoshop copy, since its a new computer if I downgrade to windows xp ( more like an update) my warranty will be void.
at least I still have my old computer so there wont be more delays

You just keep getting better and better. BTW, you can demand Windows XP Pro for your system. If they won’t do it, return the computer and get something else. Dell and IBM/Lenovo are not only allowing XP, they also give you the option of Linux.

Of course Microsoft lets people have what they want. Microsoft wants you and everyone else to use Vista so they can make money!

Did you consider a Mac? There are plenty of good-to-great drawing and image manipulation programs for Mac.
(And, yes, I *am* a Mac fan.)
