You want “He won’t” not “He’ll not” (I know, English is weird)
also weirdo’s* should have an apostrophe. it’s possessive!

Panel 2: and now THEY are mine
Panel 4: Should be something like “who needs friends when you have minions” or “I don’t need friends, only minions”
Panel 5: no T is needed at the end of “Hell no”
Panel 6: Not quite sure what they means in the last panel. Public? I assume they means in the future or once fully monsterized. There is no dialogue in the bottom right word bubble.
And if they are eaten they are not minions, just munchies. And ironically there are a bunch of issekais where the -hero- main character eats / absorbs people’s powers.
