A little late today since my brother left the house and I wont see him again for an entire year, Since I live 2 blocks away from the beach (5 minute walk) I wont leaving the city,

Just an English hint. The contraction in the last panel isn’t right. While “I’m” is “I am”, it would never be used like that. I’m not sure what the rule is, it just doesn’t sound right. (While the “he has” in panel 3 could certainly be “he’s” if you wanted.)
I must admit I’d never realised that there could be places where “I’m” wouldn’t be acceptable, but that’s one.
