SAN DIEGO COMICON WRAP UP!
This trip was different because this is the first time I went with my brother,
he hates comics even mine, but he loves movie/tv stars
meanwhile I was meeting all kinds of artits and editors, he meet people like chris evans
and Pen and teller,
Like last year I meet a lot of mexicans comic book artists that made it, who gave me
good advice, surprised again because a lot of comic book people knew Pilli Adventure comic,
maybe I will exhibit next time,
One big surprise was the keenspot stand, I found wayward and sons
first book(hint hint buy it) and surprise!
one loser that I know did one page.
But the biggest moment of my life was at the shonen jump panel where I meet Sasaki Higashi a who is the japanese shonen jump editor in chief!
One of my dreams is draw for the shonen jump, screw you marvel and dc, effort, friendship and
victory are biggest ideals than Rape, divorce and retcons.
Even thanks to my pro pass I got there early , I had to wait like 6 hours for the walking death panel
and still didnt make it so I wasted a morning, so this gutters strip was right.
In short I made several contacts,(artist editors, the ice cream gal),
landed a couple of free lance jobs (Pilli will suffer sorry),lost a couple
of kilos, refilled my art supplies and enjoyed a lot my time at the con.
