Gonna need to reword that a little. should be it’s* kinda rustic
and you should say we have three bars (you can’t really use a have contraction when you talk about posession). But on top of that, we don’t really say that about phone reception, we say we GET three bars. That’s why we call it reception, it’s an act of receiving.
