Yes because that really worked out for magneto in the X-men 3 movie,
(for those who dont read comics like me, the phoenix a really big scary fire thing is coming to earth and is going to posses a little mutand girl the xmen want to use it and the the avengers to stop it leading to the xmen vs avengers crossover( civil war 2.00 and of course everyone will drop the idiot ball again and everyone is going to love it)
