ok nice that someone can see the webpage, my hosting changed my server and gave me this msg
have moved your account to a new server because your account has been overloading a lot lately and has caused some bad hosting experience for the rest of the server sharers.
Please update your domain name servers to point to the new name servers:
dns names etc
no idea how to solve this problem, yet the worse that there is a party in my city and it would be impossible to get help until wed
