ok it seems the site is overcharging the server so probably something has to be done,

Maybe you can find a cheap alternative if you need it, like web-comics hosting portals.

Im using drunkduck as a mirror, but thats temporal and got help to reduce the bandwidht.
but thats only a temporal solution
